The subject of the organization's activity:

• - development of the national certification system of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• - assistance in improving professional skills and competence of specialists in various sectors of the economy;
• - development of international cooperation in the field of certification;
• - assistance in ensuring quality assurance of engineering education and engineering activities;
• - carrying out one or more types of activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and corresponding to the goals of the non-profit organization provided for by its constituent documents;
• - the implementation of activities requiring accreditation or licensing can be implemented after compliance with the relevant requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The objectives of the organization are:

• - organization of certification of specialists in various sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• - organization of specialists training for certification procedure;
• - development of international activities for certification of specialists of the Republic of Kazakhstan and countries of the Central Asian region.
