Project goal
OMS provides monitoring of social networks and content analysis of the internet space for in-depth analysis of unstructured information using artificial intelligence technologies.
Its goal is to extract knowledge from text corpora and assess users' perception of content and the social well-being of society.

- Search and processing of social-media data in Kazakh and other languages
- Automatic sentiment detection of news content and comments
- Quantitative analysis: statistics, sources, keywords, hashtags, authors, language, location
- Report generation, visualization and automatic delivery of reports by e-mail
- Engagement of experts in assessing sentiment and measuring social well-being
