
The era of al-Farabi and the dialogue of civilizations (views on life and philosophical heritage)
This publication is dedicated to the 1150th anniversary of Abu Nasr al-Farabi, the Great Teacher, a native of Otyrar, a prominent representative of classical medieval Islamic philosophy. The book summarizes information on the philosophical views of the Teacher, his followers and the milestones of the return to the homeland of the rich heritage of the philosopher. The peculiarities of the epoch of formation of the Path of the Thinker, his universal views on the life and contribution to the development of world and steppe civilization, and his contribution to the progress of education and science are a guarantee of the continuity of al-Farabi’s teachings and moral canons of virtue in the modern world.
