Sagdiev Maktay. Special issue - 348 pages

The book is dedicated to the well-known state and public figure of the republic Makhtay Ramazanuly Sagdiyev. In the Soviet years, M.R. Sagdiyev worked in various positions: the Minister of Fisheries, the chairman of the Kostanai Regional Executive Committee, the first secretary of the Kokshetau Regional Party Committee. Then he was chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR, an adviser to the president of the country. In 1991, he headed the Council of Veterans, which he chaired until his death.

The book contains selected works of M.R. Sagdiyev, articles by colleagues, recollections of colleagues, friends, relatives, as well as unique photos and archival materials.
