The book is dedicated to the life and work of the state and public figure of the Soviet formation Khasan Shayakhmetuly Bekturganov. H.Sh. Bekturganov alternately led several regions of Kazakhstan, having a great influence on the economic and human potential of the new independent Kazakhstan. The publication presents the memoirs of family members, close friends, acquaintances and colleagues, as well as selected fragments from articles and speeches by Khasan Shayakhmetuly and archival materials and photographs from different years.
