The book is dedicated to a prominent political and statesman of Kazakhstan, a member of the Kyrgyz Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars, the chairman of the Presidium of the Akmola Provincial Commission, the chairman of the commission on drafting the First Constitution of the Kazakh Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Abdrakhman Aitiev, whose life and work took place in the struggle for Soviet power and the establishment of Kazakhstan's statehood. The publication presents archival materials, memoirs of contemporaries and relatives, media publications and the works of A. Aitiev, as well as photographs.
